   Rosetown and District Health Centre

The Rosetown & District Health Centre is one of the healthcare facilities the residents of Rosetown have access to. Opened in June 1964, the 22 bed Health Centre serves as a Community Hospital with 24-hour care and Rosetown Ambulance emergency services. The facility includes a laboratory, x-ray and cardiac monitoring; other services include:

  • Surgical
  • Obstetrical
  • Acute Care
  • Observation/ Stabilization
  • Palliative Care
  • Respite and Convalescent Care

Out of town specialists also provide services to the hospital including:

  • Orthopedic
  • Urology
  • Gynecological

The Rosetown Medical Group is a health clinic located at 202 2nd Avenue West. There are two general practitioners : Dr. A H Ernst and Dr. M David Ledding.  To make an appointment with a doctor at the Medical Group call (306) 882-2631.


The Rosetown & District Primary Care Centre is located at 111 - 1st Avenue West.  Dr. Olawale Franklin Igbekoyi (Dr. Franklin) and Dr. Amrish Ramiah are taking patients in this municipally-operated clinic.  Clinic hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and Thursday from 8:30 am to 9:00 pm.  Please call (306) 882-1212 for an appointment.
