Commercial Properties: The owner of a commercial property must ensure the public sidewalk adjacent to their property is safe and clear for use within 24 hours of a snowfall event.
Residential Properties: Residents are not permitted to shovel their snow onto the public street. Residents must not bury a fire hydrant with snow. Residents must move their vehicles when the Public Works staff comes through the street to clear snow.
