Is there interest in having a RCMP certified PAL instructor come to your community Saturday November 1st to instruct the course? It allows youth 12 to 17 to obtain a minors licence and adults 18 years and up to obtain the Possession and Acquisition license. My goal is to fill 12 seats to travel to your community.
