Town Office Re-Open Plan:
Monday, May 25th, 2020
*Town Office will be open to the public on Monday to Friday from 10:00am – noon and 1:00pm -4:00pm. This allows for extra cleaning time for the staff.
*We are still accepting online payments from your financial institutions and e-transfers sent to townofrosetown@sasktel.net
*The Drop Box in the entry way will be available from 9:00am – 5:00pm on Monday to Friday. We prefer cheque payments to be dropped off there.
*1 person will be admitted at a time. A staff member will let you in. Please respect the 6ft social distancing as much as possible.
*If someone is waiting in the entry way, please wait outside.
*Once inside, the staff will instruct you to wait while they sanitize the counter area.
*We prefer payments made by debit or cheque at the counter.
*After your transaction, you will be escorted out and another person will be allowed inside.
