Waste (garbage, compost material, recyclable material) shall be prepared and placed in accordance with Bylaw 770-18:
*No person shall pile waste above the top of a waste container/ compost bin/ recycle bin.
*No person shall overfill a waste container/ compost bin/ recycle bin so that waste may fall on the ground.
*No person shall place waste on top of a garbage can/ compost bin/ recycle bin.
*No person shall place waste on the ground beside a waste container/ compost bin/ recycle bin.
