The Town of Rosetown offers for sale by tender a single detached garage (24’ x 14’) located at 215 – 1st Avenue East, Rosetown, Saskatchewan.
Successful bidder will be responsible for all cost incurred related to the removal of the building from 215 – 1st Avenue East, Rosetown. The building must be removed from the property by October 9, 2018. If the building is not removed by October 9, 2018 tender is null and void.
Tender is for the building only and shall be removed from the property, sold as is.
A tender must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Garage” to:
